On Sunday, January 17th, 2021 from 3:00 pm PDT to 5:00 pm PDT PayTrace will be upgrading our database. Transaction processing will only be impacted by those processing through the JSON API. You will also be unable to use the View Transactions page and any other type of reporting features (billing/receipts) during this time. After this upgrade, there will be no action required by merchants or developers. This upgrade will integrate seamlessly into our current service and functionality.
