On Wednesday December 7th, PayTrace will be conducting advanced operations training to enhance our 5-star support.

Customers tell us that one of our differentiators is the 5-star support we provide. One of the ways that we achieve this level of quality of customer support is through actively training and developing our people. Occasionally, it’s necessary to get the whole team together to do this work.

We will be monitoring the site uptime, processor connectivity, and all crucial systems, however during the hours of 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PDT on 12/7, email responses from our support group will be delayed and routine telephone support will be unavailable. Regular phone and email support will resume promptly at 1:00pm PDT.
