Due to SSL Certificate Expirations and Security Improvements, PayTrace will be implementing NEW SSL Certificates on all of our PCI infrastructure on Friday December 2nd, 2016.
Clients that connect via Virtual Terminal should have a smooth experience, as Desktop Operating Systems typically keep Root Certificate Authorities up to date. Feel free to use the "Test my browser for this root certificate: https://ev-root.digicert.com/" OR head over to our Branded Site "https://www.paytrace.net" to make sure you do not receive a SSL Certificate error today.
Integrators using our Traditional OR JSON API should have a smooth experience, as Server Operating Systems typically keep both Root & Intermediate Certificate Authorities up to date. You will need to verify that you have "DigiCert High Assurance EV Root CA" & Intermediate "DigiCert SHA2 Extended Validation Server CA" are installed OR your integration with PayTrace may stop communicating. Below you can manually install the Root & Intermediate certificates on your servers, if needed.
