PayTrace is now offering earlier phone support hours. We have clients all over America that may need to get a hold of our Support Team earlier in the morning. As a team that thrives off of making merchants happy, we are changing our Monday-Friday phone support hours from 7:00am PST to 5:00am PST, beginning on Monday, June 1st. We know that when using PayTrace, great customer service is essential. At PayTrace, we recognize how important 5:00am PST Customer Support is and are delivering on this need.
