Our gateway is getting a tune-up to improve reliability!

In the coming weeks, PayTrace is making a significant improvement in the reliability of our gateway by transitioning to Amazon Web Services. Our promise to make merchants happy means we continuously look for ways to improve our products and services.

We are scheduling a system update for Saturday, June 6, 2020, from 1 AM Pacific to 6 AM Pacific. In order to minimize the impact on merchants, we have scheduled this system upgrade during the lowest period of processed transaction volume. We recognize that some settlements may be disrupted during this time. Once this update is complete, we will restart all normally scheduled processes.

Amazon Web Services is one of the leading cloud computing platforms and is used by many companies in the payments industry. This transition makes our platform more robust, reliable and secure, while also providing more sophisticated monitoring solutions. This update will enable businesses like yours to meet rapidly changing customer behaviors, and scale to support your business growth.

Delay, or postpone transactions and scheduled API requests between 1 AM-6 AM Pacific.
Use Fully Qualified Domain Names (FQDN) to submit requests. For example:
Our REST API uses https://api.paytrace.com - additional documentation can be found here.
Our Traditional API uses https://paytrace.com/api/ - additional documentation can be found here.
If you whitelist our external IP addresses, these will change. If you cannot whitelist based off of FQDNs, please email support@paytrace.com.
Contact support@paytrace.com if you have any questions in advance of this update.

Thanks for partnering with us to make this transition. We are confident you will appreciate the improved performance, reliability and scalability this transition provides to help fuel your business growth.
