Our rollout of our TLS Ciphers went out as scheduled with success.
Our team began working with a handful of merchants who were dealing with unique complications from our rollout that required additional troubleshooting on both ends to restore connectivity to PayTrace.
Although this was to be a permanent update, with the new data, we decided to make this right for our merchants who were dealing with complications on their servers. Our first goal is to make Merchants Happy. That is the main reason behind making this decision.
Moving forward, we plan on working to expeditiously remediate this issue, while remaining compliant with PCI.
We will provide an updated communication once we have more information on this.
