We have received notification from a number of merchants who are reporting not being able to email receipts and/or save customers once they reach the approval screen after processing a transaction.

After investigating, we have found that clearing your internet browser's cookies/cache and history will clear up the issue and restore the functionality to send emails and save customers if you are experiencing this.
