We’re rotating our TLS Ciphers in order to remain in compliance with PCI standards.

What is the change and when is this happening?

PayTrace will be updating our TLS Ciphers during our maintenance window of 1 – 4 a.m. Pacific on Sunday, March 12, 2023, this change impacts merchants using our API. It also requires their TLS Ciphers to be updated to ensure their connectivity to our platform continues without interruption.

We've prepared a document with updated ciphers to help your merchants:

Once made, this update will be permanent in order for us to continue complying with PCI standards.
