Updated responsibilities of end users to ensure secure password protection and data management practices. Updated language on PayTrace’s use of its customer data. Clarification on PayTrace’s ability to gather and use feedback from its end users. Updated dispute resolution language.
When do these changes take effect? The updated terms are effective as of March 10th, 2026. PayTrace users who log in to the PayTrace Virtual Terminal/website will be required to agree to the new terms. For API users continuing to use the PayTrace API’s after March 10th, this serves as your agreement to these updated terms.
